Uncovered t-top board?

Hey you guys, i'm going to be buying the new headliner for my car b/c mine is just so nasty, i would recover the board i have now, but its just not worth it b/c mines falling apart, anyways i've seen alot of them online, and just found them at tpiparts.net, and i saw the one thats uncovered for 40 bucks less, and was wondering what it would look like just uncovered, is it grey, black or what. if any of u have pics or whatever please lemme know. o and if you know of a better place to buy it, i would appreciate ur input. heres the uncovered board if u were wondering....
