I need a good driver's fender, an 82-84 Z28 bumper and possibly a Z28 hood. Can I get pics and prices on those parts, if still good? Thanks!

 

Driver's fender has a small dent near the wheel opening. it's not a real sharp crease, a body man could work it out I'm almost positive. Passenger fender is in real nice shape. The nose, front air dam, and rear bumper look good in pix but have small cracks in them. I'd sell them dirt cheap if someone thinks they can fix them. The end of the hood is rusted off and not worth saving. The interior is charcoal in color and I have the whole thing. The pix were taken after 92RS(real slow) and i started taking it apart.

Also for sale is a nearly complete T-top overhead console with mounting screws
good tail lights

I'll get pix of this stuff up as I take them. I'm still working on dissassembling the car and organizing the parts.

 

Still interested in complete front bumper. Have any close ups of the cracks? Depending on where you are in Indiana, I can probably pick up.

 

what does the dash emblem say, i can see it in the pics but cant make out if it says anything under the Z28

I'll get pix today, I spent all day yesterday building a storage shed.

The dash emblem just says Z28, this is an LG4 car

It has a small horizontal crack on the passenger side corner right below where it mounts to the nose. As stated I'll try to get pix today.

I'll get pix, of the lid, no scratches or cracks, the button is still there and works, the curved hinge part is loose. The inside plastic liner unscrews and I haven't taken it off to see why it's loose. I'm asking $50 for the lid and shipping to you will be $16

OK Gentlemen. First off, thanks for being patient here. My weekend got crazy and work has been busy as well and I have not had time to get pix until today.

Here are pix of the console lid. I have not cleaned it yet and the pivot arm is loose, but the button is present, unbroken and works.





Here are pix of the side ground effects. THey are in great shape, all studs are present and corners not broken off. The one rocker piece is cracked but not broken. These fiberglass pieces are an easy fix...





Here are pix of the rear bumper cover. It has been bumped in each corner but not horribly damaged. I'm trying to point to the one minor tear in it. People say they can fix this stuff and this is about as minor as it gets.

 

Both fenders are decent. The passenger is really nice, drivers has surface rust and a small dent.




The nose has not been hit, but is aged and has some minor cracks. One crack and one scuff in the nose, one crack in the front spoiler.

 

P.M. sent a lilttle while ago, I'm still very interested in the interior plastics, not the carpet anymore though.

 

I'm out of town for the 4th. I'll get pix as soon as I return.

 

How bout hatch pull down. Need wiring and all.

 

This car does not have the auto pull down, only the remote release. I cut the whole rear panel from the car and am keeping that so I can convert my Camaro later.

Door panels are in great shape overall. They do have some warp and the window sweeps are in rough shape but the door panels themselves and the plastic top pieces are in good shape too. Both door panels for $70





roll away rear compartment shade. Black in good shape still and works. $50

 

complete console. Console base is charcoal. All parts are great, let me know what you need. Leather wrapped e-brake lever is great, shift **** is OK but not perfect.

Yes I do. It wasn't working when I drove the car, then when I pulled the distributor out I saw that someone had put a new cap on and didnt plug the tach lead in. So I'm 99% sure it will work, it just wasnt plugged in for me to verify that.

yes sir. The front carpet is faded on top of the drive shaft tunnel and a little in front of the passenger seat, otherwise it is OK. The rear carpet is in good shape. Door panels are OK as the pix show.

 

what kind of deal can i get on both with the speaker covers

the tach was just sold, but I PM'd you with a solution.

 

I am still waiting on those detailed pictures of the speedo cluster, minus the tach. again I will need pictures of all mounting holes, circut board, speedo,face plate. You can send pictures to zxskidoo@yahoo.com to bad you sold the tach only. You should never split up a complete cluster on these cars.

you haven't gotten pix because I was on vacation last week far from home. I'll get pix up here asap. The person who bought the tach only may want my 86 tach and I can keep the 84 cluster together and sell it to you. I'll keep you posted.

Yes the engine is the LG4. All stock with an edelbrock carb. It ran pretty good actually. I took a video of it.

 

I would be interested in the following.
*exhaust manifolds with the a.i.r. tubes, check valves,crossover hose and heatstove
*diverter valve (i think thats what it's called) and mounting bracket and any hoses.
*black silencer and any mounting brackets and hoses.

The smog pump and diverter valve were removed by a previous owner. I only have the manifolds, air tubes, check valves, and possibly the crossover hose but I'll have to check. The car does still have the bracket for the air pump as well. PM your zip code or location so I can get a shipping quote, shipping these manifolds could be salty and depending where you are in MI it may be worth the drive here.

 

Nobody's called dibs on the dash pad? I'd love to see pics of it.

Also, what does the dash itself look like? I don't care too much about the smaller pieces. The one in my camaro has cracks running every-which way, and there are pieces of it missing.

 

Do you still have the console lid, radio bezel, dome light lens, and seatbelt receivers?

 

I just did actually. I just noticed this morning that my dash is starting to warp around the screw holes in the defroster vent, so I'm keeping this one to replace the one in my IROC.


I have everything you listed except the dome light lens. This car had a nice overhead console(which is pictured and still for sale) and the lens was missing.

As a matter of fact, I have not sold one piece of this car yet! I've had tons of tire kickers but no one ever comes through with the money. I'm trying to get good pix of this stuff so people can see it. Make me offers on this stuff guys I'm ready to get rid of it!

I could have dropped a basket ball throught the drivers side floor pan...... There was a rot hole the size of a golf ball in the driver's side strut tower.
