$29.95, and I'll even throw in a set of new floor mats...

Why don't you try KBB.com, Edmonds.com, etc, maybe have it appraised. We could sit here and tell you what we think its worth, and you'll still have no clue, or you can go to those sites and others or have it appraised and you'll have a reference that you can show to potential buyers that illustrates what the cars actual value really is.

Most people don't know much about 3rd gens and all they see is that it is a Convertible.....they don't know that it is rarer then normal camaros......Here tho ppl know....it would be really cool for someone on this board to but it..... mean i am talkn' new engine trans, 9 bolt rear with 3.45s and good paint....All you would need would be seatcovers......

Well, my convertible is in mint condition, I'm the third or fourth owner, its always been serviced by the chevy dealership and is altogether just a cream puff... I paid just a bit more than the $10,000 I'm trying to sell it for.

I agree that Kelly is not the best for a value. If you run my 1991 Z28 Convertible with 26k miles you will get the same value from Kelly if you rerun the value with 35k and 45K miles. At certain points it stops making adjustments to the value. Heck

The only convert that I know as selling recently was at a car show this last fall here in Wisconsin. It was a 91Z28 Convert with about 23K miles. He was asking $9,800 and it sold in the first hour.

Keep in mind, if your potential buyer needs a loan, the most a bank or credit union will lend on it is KBB value. In fact, most financials will want 10-25% down because of age and miles. Bottom line you will need to find a cash buyer. Most buyers that have $7,000 cash will anty up the extra few grand to buy a low milage vehicle.

KBB is total crap. It makes adjustments for area ( which it should ) but it doesn't take into account a low production vehicle. It said my RS was worth 6 when I bought it. Now a year later ( after tropical storm Allison overloaded our used car market ) it is barely worth 3 to them. My car isn't worth any less cuz there is a ****load of flooded Corollas for sale .

The best way to find the value of your car is to see what others are selling the cars for. Check autotrader.com, carbuyer.com, classifieds2000.com, etc. See what options and mileage others have and the price they are trying to sell them for.

Just an FYI, Kbb said my 8500 mile IROC, with leather, TTops, Bose, 350 and everything else is worth $3900. My insurance has it appraised at $15k.
