1991 Z28 data sheet, not build sheet, found in car

1991 Z28 data sheet, not build sheet, found in car
I was removing the interior on an unmolested 1991 z28 yesterday and I found a printed paper, folded over twice, riveted to the carpet under the rear passenger seat. It is not very legible, but I can make out a date on in, 04/30/1990, and "skid plate." I'm still hoping to find the build sheet, but I've never come across one of these sheets before. Wondering if it came attached to the carpet at assembly, or if it was added during assembly. I'll try to wipe it off and post a picture tonight.Thanks
