The pouch is stock.
The 1987 Camaro convertible was labeled the "20th Anniversary Commemorative Edition". 1987 was the first year for the factory convertible 3rd gen Camaro.
Only 263 Sport Coupe convertibles and 744 Z28 convertibles got the label and map pocket.
