1988 Medium Orange Metallic Sport Coupe - How Rare?
I have been doing some research lately on my car trying to determine how rare it might actually be. Everything I have seen puts it around 3000 total Iroc's and sport coupes combined were sold in 1988 but nothing that separates them by model. Is it even possible to get this data? I have never seen another medium orange sport coupe in person and only one other online.
Since I know everyone loves pictures here are a couple of my car. It is far from perfect but overall in very good condition. The V6 is long gone and now has a very health 400 small block with a T56 trans behind it.
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!!

Re: 1988 Medium Orange Metallic Sport Coupe - How Rare?
I had an med. orange sport coupe back in 95 to 96. Just a V-6 auto with T-tops, PW, PL, PH and that's about it. It had gray GFX, standard spoiler(not the one on your car)and gray 5 spoke wheels. Still have a couple pics of it somewhere. Pretty much a garden variety sport coupe. After the constant break downs and replacing parts that went bad over and over, I got rid of it and got my present IROC that I own. Don't see the orange color hardly at all. Is kinda of a rare color but don't know any #'s of the ones made.

Their were 3,010 medium orange camaro's in 88. No way to tell how many were coupes or Iroc's. There is another coupe here on the forum it is owned by rsmith085

Thank you for all of the replies. I was hoping there was a way to break down the numbers between the IROC's and the Sport Coupes a bit further but it's not the big of a deal. It's more for curiosity than anything.
RSmiths085's car looks great but then again I may be a little biased I do wish mine was a T-top car. Other than air conditioning it had zero options from that factory as far as I can tell. Manual everything and not even a tilt column.
Just because I know everyone likes pictures. Here is one from its maiden voyage with the freshly redone 400sbc and the T56 to one of my buddies houses. Such a fun car to drive!!
Thanks again for the info!
