Yours looks pretty clean, his is a little rough looking. If his runs good and does not need a lot of motor work, then you could put the work on the out side. I guess it will matter when you get up there and drive it. Just remember when you drive a car in the summer you need to drive it about 20-30 before you know if it over heats in street traffic. I would not trade if it has motor problems. Check for rust too. I know you didn't pay much for your car and you have to build the motor. But it looks clean, and since your building the motor you know it will be done right. But when it comes down to it you have to make your own decision. Hey good luck!

It's just the front clip that needs some sanding and maybe some body filler b4 and then just paint. I'd do it, of course I'd have to drive it first on the street and then on the hwy and see if it meets my driving standards or if there's somethin wrong with it it will break down or be noticed during the test drive. But the decision is yours.

mines not as clean as it looks in pics, the drivers door is dented badly and if u look carefully at the passenger side my sport coupe needs a fender and door on that side to because it has a crease all the way down to the door handle
MINE has only sum surface rust where paint came off over the rear wheels, his is rust free as well, his only needs a passenger side fender and paint, less body work then mine lolol
i plan on doing a 3.4 swap in the RS if i get it

Why would you swap in a 3.4 its only 20hp & 20lbs of torque more. You'd need to reprogram the stock computer or swap the ecm. It seems like so much work for very minimal gain imo.

I'd rather have T-tops so I would make the trade. You can still build the engine and put it in when needed.
