Cleaned up nice. That's an '86 Sport Coupe. It could have been built and sold in 1985, the MY started in Aug or Sept.

How do you get it out though? My GTA was a victim of this LOL. I dropped the axle when i changed mine, don't understand how you would get it out through a hole like that though.

Checkout the 3rd stop light,that started in 86,85 didn't have that.

My 86 was built in September of 85, it is number 5,XXX and is a charcoal version of your car.

If you look at the listing above, it says Sport Coupe/Berlinetta M5/A4 in the V6 column. It references either one. According to this, the Berlinetta is on it's own line because it was only available in an Auto with the V8 .

Eventually that rubber hose will fail and blow fuel all over the exhaust, if gm wanted rubber hoses it would have came that way. Thats why it has hard lines and pressure fittings. Thats why dropping the axle to fix it pays off in the end.
