1985 Z28 (Z49) Canada w/ RPO FLT option
In my '85 Canadian registry there are some Z28's that have the FLT option. I'm guessing this is the RPO for a fleet designation. All of these Z28's have the same options. LB9 (305 TPI), MD8 (4spd auto), hardtop, A31 (power windows), AU3 (power locks), J50 (rear drum brakes) custom cloth interior, and oddly enough DK6 (roof console). All are built at Norwood and VIN's run from earliest FN133226 to latest FN153212. Color breakdowns are: 78L Maroon-16, 19L/53A Black/Gold-15, 75L Red-11, 19L Black-5. My question is does anybody here have one of these cars or know what agency ordered these cars? I'm very curious.

Doesn't answer your question, but there's a 86 Canadian Z28 on ebay right now that according to compnine, has the FLT code. It even has a description- "GC5 fleet incentive Kemet Electric Corp". Funny thing, it says 5,009 of the 12,852 Canadian Camaros have it! Why would that be? I would think that compnine is just flat wrong, but every time I've compared them to an actual SPID, they have been spot-on. Don't know why, but it would seem that the FLT code is somehow tangled up with Z49.
