OEM Carburetor Base cooler?
My buddy parted out a 1983? Camaro a few years back and showed me this odd piece. I'd never seen one before. I believe he said it came from the drivers inner fender and went to the carb base. If he tells me different I will update this post. Its an electronic piece.
Any ideas on what this is, what its called, and any value?

It's part of a dealer add-on kit to fix problems with vapour lock. Along with the heat shield and fan was an in-tank electric helper pump.
