1987 trans am, blue with sliver gfx. 305 Tpi auto car. Hardtop car. Needs the front seats recovered and the plastic on the side of the console. 102k miles. Has all service records. New brakes. Black gta crosslace wheels.
What's it worth right Now?

well without pictures it's hard to say what it's worth but if that's all that's wrong with it it sounds like a pretty good car that could be easily finished for less than $1000.

Doesn't sound like anything too desireable so if it was in good shape I'd say it's worth around 3k. I think that blue with silver ground fx was a real popular color in 87 as well. Probably half the 87's I've seen were that combo.

Re: How much is this car worth? Should I restore it?
I have the exact same car as an 86 with 30k miles that I paid $3,000 for...I feel I robbed it. However, mine needs paint, a rear spoiler and a steering wheel. Otherwise, its super clean.
Yours, with a good paint job but 3x the mileage is probably worth about that. As for whether or not to restore it? I say go for it. It'll be a very pretty car when its done, and the TPI 305 is a damn site better than an LG4 or LO3 lol.
