1985 IROC L69 (Z49 Canada) Production breakdown
Been mulling over this for about two months on weather to post this or not, but here goes. By no means is this the final word but only a guide, this is the information that was available to me at the time I researched the '85 Camaro production run. I came up with these numbers. They have to be close!!

Re: 1985 IROC L69 (Z49 Canada) Production breakdown
Check out this site, http://compnine.com/rpocheck.php# you can get an exact count... of course it is only for Canada for 1985, so if you plug in your information you will figure it out...
BTW AFAIK the RPO 50U would indicate the "Upper" paint color, the 50L would be the Lower... Of course some cars had other ways to determine the lower stripe the TA for example for several years TA used WW1 thru WW9 RPO's to determine the lower stripe...

Thanks for the link John. Cool website indeed. I see the L69 numbers come in at 400 and I got 401. Hmmm, I'm off by one. Anyway I thought it would be neat to see the breakdown of the L69 IROC's. I also have the breakdown of all Canadian 1985 Z28's and LG4/LB9 IROC's. I'll post them later.

Scott, bad news, the cars I'm researching are Canadian models only. The U.S. cars are not available. Glad you appreciate the work I've done. I have 200 plus hours of work on the '85 build. Working on the '87 build now. Est time of completion ???

You can go to the website John referred to above and enter in your RPO codes.
Based on that data, for Canadian cars, it shows 25 built with the following options:
l69(engine),19u(black exterior),m39(5-speed)
It shows 21 of those 25 were CC1 (t-top) cars.
Are you an original owner? Any pictures?

Do only four cars? There is a pic on my profile.
I am the third owner. The original owner stopped it out and put in a Players cage and other mods for the track. The second owner ran it in CASC GT Sprints for 5 years. I bought it and this is my third summer, last year I got my race licence and run GT Sprints.
