Firebird bandit 2

there's one of these cars sitting about a mile away from my house. i had always noticed it whenever i drove by and just thought the firebird on the hood was just a custom thing that someone did. then i started thinking "hey, maybe this is some sort of special edition trans am i dont know about." so i stoped by it and saw that it was a bandit 2! the paint was extremely faded. but the interior looked decent. its a 91 or a 92. anyways, this car has just sat their for at least a year now and it just makes me sad to see a trans am, let a lone a bandit 2, just sitting there wasting away. whoever owns it needs to either fix up this little piece of history or sell it to someone else to fix. i know its really just a body kit, but i think it should still be treated better than that. these cars (all third gens) are becoming rare every day. i see more novas and chevelles than i see these.

If it is a true Bandit II, it isn't a Trans Am. They only used base models.

Nice article with some history of the Choo Choo bandits.
