yes it is. But its not factory. All speedos from X year to 85 were 85MPH units. It was a law that was repealed in 86.

At least the seller doesn't say it came in the car from the factory. He says it's "OEM style." Unfortunately, that means the mileage is questionable... unless that speedo was installed when the car was brand new, which I'd doubt.
Regardless, it definitely looks like a nicely-kept car.
Missouri must've been a hotbed for thirdgens because I sure see a lot of them on ebay from there!

That is a nice very clean T/A.The speedometer could be a dealer installed unit similar to one that was available for the Z28(to replace the dual needle used in '82-'84) around the same time period.But '871LEIroc makes a good point about the federal law on the '85 mph speedometers so she most likely leave the factory with it.
