aww shucks, I would buy it but I already have an '82 TA, and I was going to go buy some new shoes, so the $150k price tag is a bit steep for me now.
Damn, I gotta get in on that Britney spears paraphenelia, I could go a bra.

One of those talked to me at Universal Studios in LA back in 97 or 98...
It's kind of like a pinball machine; much cooler to look at from a distance than up close...
I'll just keep the tv episodes for my boy on DVD...

To think i wasted 14 seconds of my life thinking that one up.
...Never really watched knight rider growing up, guess it was the atari that caught my attention. Is cool to think a 3rd gen was the star of a TV show.

Anyone else envisioning a new episode of PINKS...
Knight Rider vs Star Trek!
Camera pans to Kitt pushing the non-working "rocket boost mode" button on the dash. Then to Trek pressing the "play" button on the video display bringing up a loop of the "warp speed" special effect.
Thumbs up. Arms drop......

You better check you stocks today, GM isn't worth that much anymore, and I would invest in Brittany Spears if I were you. Toyota just made a record profit while most American (not really American) car companies are plummeting. Celebrity underwear is where the dough is at

Re: KNIGHT RIDER FOR SALE, ONLY $149,995
the car is not street legal... Which kinda takes all the fun out of having a car...
I'm legally blind (& building a replica), I just got approved (with my dad's help) for the insurance so I can tag my car soon...
Almost street ready, Friday, tow to muffler shop to weld in Spohn SFC's, had Hooker 2055's Jet Hot coated put in, now they can weld in the new 3" mandrel bent Cat back... then it's off to the mechanics for more maintenance... new power steering pump & pressure hose, serp belt, etc... I've been working / upgrading the car for 3 years... ready to go cruzin!
Maybe I can just tell the cop, "sir, the car was driving"
On a sad note, I asked at the drag strip and was told "you need a license to take it down the drag strip"

More than likely the new owner of this car would not use it for anything other than a Showpiece, and would not drive it... If you wanted the stigma of having a KITT, then get a "fake" one and then have this one for show purposes.
