Car: 1987 Pontiac Trans Am
Engine: 305 LB9 Tuned Port Injection
Transmission: 700-R4 Automatic
Axle/Gears: Saginaw 10 bolt 2.73 posi
E6N- Speedometer (delete)
WS3- Performance Value Package
6UM- front left hand spring
7UJ- front right hand spring
I got these from an older GM RPO decoder. The speedometer delete doesn't make sense, but the 6UM and 7UJ where among a list of front springs. I imagine they signify different spring rates or suppliers. The only listing I got for WS3 was for 1987, so I'm not sure what WS3 was in 84.

Once a car's buildsheet was determined, the weight of options in the car were calculated and a computer program selected the approriate springs based on the weight and position, thats why you see so many vaiations of spring RPO's.
