ASC didn't make power top conversions, did they? Then who made this???

Stramman made convertibles, but their trunk is really small, like just the size of the decklid without the glass.
Greenwood also did some conversions back then too.
I don't have any pictures right off hand on one of theirs, but it could be one of theirs.
Maybe post this on the convertible section of this website.

I have an article from Motor Trend, July 1982 that is a feature story on a 1982 Trans Am convertible by Richard Straman, a custom car builder in Costa Mesa, California. While no mention is made of a power top, it does say that Straman installed load spreading frame rails in the rocker areas and tied them into the roof and subframes (first SFCs for Third Gens?). Also, a fiberglass panel was installed between the soft top and what remained of the hatch after the glass was removed. For a loaded Trans Am with the conversion, Straman charged about $19,000. Quite a pile for 1982.
