RPO codes
Need some help. I'm looking at a 91 Formula on ebay.

It has the RPO codes listed but what I'd like to know, since the RPO decoder isn't up yet,
QLC - 245/50/16 ZR tires
N36 - 15" WS6 wheels
Is this a typo an either of the codes? I thought that all 90 (I think) to 92 WS6 Formulas got the 16 inch wheels. Any help would be appreciated.
