How would i find out how many camaros were briar brown in 84?

 

According to the white book, it does not lists any "Briar Brown" color in 84; there were 13,862 light brown camaros produced and 8,198 Dark brown camaros produced in 84.

Hey topduarte, if you have a book with that sort of information.. is there anything that says how many of the 83 thousand RS's made in 1989 where black, is there anything way of knowing how many had the Beechwood interior?? or am I hoping for to much..

The White Book shows each option/color and how many of each were produced. Unfortunately, however it does not show any numbers for combinations of colors and options. I don't think that GM kept that kind of data

There were 83,487 v6 rs made in 89 and only 3,245 v8 rs's made in 89.

Chevy muscle is right about GM not keeping the color combinations of ho many were built.

Really! topduarte... thanks for that info man, thats awesome.. does it say how many black RS's where made? Where can I get one of these white books you have?

I was just looking at the "Tech Data", and the two numbers you gave me topduarte does not match what is there. The 3,245 # you mentioned is under the number of RS convertibles made, and the 83,487 # you mentioned is listed under total RS's made? I'm hoping the white book is listing the information correctly, and that the "Tech Data" page is not 100% correct.. I don't know what is correct

You are right, my mistake. There were 3245 rs convertibles made. There were 46,715 L03 engines mades (which yours has). There were 17,600 black camaros made in 89.

You can buy this book at any Barnes and Noble or other large book store. The author is Mike Antonick and the publisher is Motorbooks International.

I do not have the numbers for the firebirds but the tech data should have some of that info.
