decoding cowl tag?

could someone please help in decoding my cowl tag? pointing me to the info will help. Or if someone wants to do it for me. I know what most of it means, just unclear on the lower stuff

C 06C 2FS87 N 521305
1 8D 7SL 7SU 1 9M E
AR9
LU5 N09 D80
309105 413409

I know its C=1982
06C = June 3rd week
2FS87 = Trans Am
N = Norwood
521305 = Sequence Number
AR9 = Interior Trim
7SL = Body Color Upper
7SU = Body Color Lower
LU5 = Motor Option
309... 413... = Production codes
The others are a mystery 1 8D?? 1 9M E????
N09??? D80???

Any help will be, uh, helpful.

Well I'm not sure on the lines your're asking about.But on your color codes the 7SU and 7SL might be 75U and 75L.Was,or is,the exterior red?Also is the 2FS87 the code for the Base or T/A?Interesting she was originally and LU5 Crossfire car.I believe D80 is the RPO code for the rear spoiler.On the 1 8D,probably 18D,is the interior charcoal cloth?Is there a lower stripe?The 19M could be for that,color would be black.And the E would be enamel paint.That's as far as I know.I'm sure you'll get more/better input from others.

Yes the car has the flat spoiler on the back. It is Duplicolor Medium Garnet Red with black on the lower rockers. The interior is dark charcoal or black cloth. I know it's a T/A because of the LU5, only available in a T/A. My interior also has the triple fabric door panels with the fancy chrome trim and PMD seats. From the info I've gathered, this car was fully loaded from the factory with the exception of t-tops. I even have the retractable cargo cover and leather map pouch. I wish I could find the build sheets, they arent under either front seat and not in the center console.

I'm learning how to read the codes for the 3rd Gens.I hope I've been of some help.it sounds like you have a really nice T/A.Other locations I've seen for the build sheet is under/in the rear seats,under the carpet(particularly in the rear compartment),or even inside the door panels.That's if it was put in the car at all.Since she was a Norwood car you at least have a chance.
Funny your '82T/A and my '83Z28 were built almost exactly 1 year apart.Your's was 3rd week June '82 and mine was 4th week June '83.And she's a LU5 car also.
To add I believe I found what NO9 is for - locking fuel filler door.Does she have that?
