Very interesting looking car. I've never seen one before. It looks though like some mexican had a go at because of all the writing and stuff on it and the color that it is and all.

It sure is one of a kind I'd say...

Hey, Banditt #130, can you tell me if they did anything different with the engine in those cars?
I live in Orlando FL, I encountered Banditt II #89 of 600 not too long ago. It was sitting on the lot of an auto credit-rebuilder's lot, they wanted $4,500 for the thing. I almost bought it, but I didn't see any difference between that and the engine in my plain-trim '91. Plus someone really beat up the interior, it was a shambles.

I also have a Banditt II Firebird. Mine is a 90 model. Do you know any kind of information about them what so ever. I have mine for about 2 years. I traded my s-10 and 1100. boot for it. Do you know anywhere that I can get the front ground effect, mine was broke when i got the car. It has a 305, red with t-tops. Please e-mail me if you have any information about them, or just want to talk about them. Thanks

Right now I need to put brakes, struts, and a radiator in it. I'm like you, this is the only one that I have seen before, ever. I was going to trade it in on a truck one time and the guy at the car lot said that he had seen one before but I don't remember where. I didn't trade him because he wouldn't give me enough on the trade in. I was hoping that mine wasn't just a fake that someone had made up somewhere. Mine looks like some bank robber had it and was running from the cops. It needs a little body work but it looks great the way it is right now.

hey it's nice to meet another banditt owner.here are some more pictures

do you have any pictures of your car?do you have the plate on the dash saying what number your's is?what about any kind of decals?bird on the hood?what about the head rests?
the only info that i have is that there is(or was)a company called THE CUSTOM CENTER.from what i was told by a servise manager at a local pontiac dealership.this company came around to the tri-state dealerships and put this appearence package on there on the sales lot.now i thought they only did this for the 1991 model year.i have found(on the web)3 other 1991 Banditt II's.1 black one and 2 red ones(the 2nd red one i never saw,i never got a pic from this person).your saying yours is a 1990?what kind of shape is it in?what size of motor is in it?is it TBI?

My car isn't in bad shape but it's not as good as yours. The paint is kina of faded but it runs ghood and still looks good. It has a 305 tb. The plate on the dash says #152 of 600. The head rests have Banditt II in them and yes it does have the bird on the hood. The little decals that says Banditt II and the one that sayds its from the Custom Center. I have heard from a guy that the custom center is or was not for sure in chattanooga. I only have one pic of my car but i can take some and try and post them. Is your bird on your hood faded a little? Mine is. Still has the original honeycomb style wheels too. And Greenup is only about 2 maybe 2 1/2 hours from you.

I guess that they did. mine is made exactly like yours but I think that mine might be missing a few of the bandit II decals. Not sure. You seem to have more things on yours than I do. And that disscusion board that you told me to got to, I can;t get into it. No clue why.

Do you all have a club of some sort? If so what all do you do. I'm going to paint my car here in about a uyear or so. And then find the decals to put back on it if i can find them. My car had 90,000 miles on it when I got it and npow it has 108,000. I wonder if they could be worth any money at all?
