Yup, sure were.... Only 794 produced There is (was) another one around here I was planning on "borrowing" an LT emblem from (I'm missing one), but now I haven't seen it for a while.... On that note, does anyone have any ideas on where I can get another one? I called the local Chevy dealer and they said that they stopped making the emblems in '95 and I can't find any in the local boneyards.... They go on the sail panels, where the "Berlinetta" emblems were on the 82(I think...)-86's...

Please check out a post titled, "Option Package Quantities" by ScottMoyer. It will be on the third page. I outline in a reply why there were over 8,000 LT's produced in 1987. Check it out!!

87 LT, before you go "borrowing" parts off other cars, let me suggest a easier way. I work in a Chevrolet parts Dept, Just because GM has discontinued the part in '95 does'nt mean that there are none out there. I'll check for you tommorow, we have a national parts locator, if they're out there, I'll find one for you. Chris '87 Convertible

Huh... wouldn't you know it... not as rare as I thought... But you could consider a little over 8,000 semi-rare, right? Please? And thanks for that info on the restoration package... never would've know about it... plan on calling tomorrow.
