B4C Questions

I've done a lot of reading on the B4C and have downloaded a lot of pics of them too. I have a few questions....

Look in this pic....this CHP car has "vents" in the front of the lower front spoiler. It looks like 10 holes drilled in the front spoiler. Does anyone know what this is? Why have I only seen it on this CHP car? I have not seen it on ANY other B4C cars. Did all CHP B4C Camaros get this done to them ?

Perhaps its the PA speaker?

Not a good place to mount any type of equipment but maybe underhood space made this the only choice.

I guess that could be the siren mounting location. I would really like to find who has one of the actual old CHP cars and find out what it really was tho....

The CHP did. They used to paint the cars before they sold them but since this one had a noise in the motor, they sold it as-is and painted the x on the doors.

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE........... I LOVE the look of those cars. Are you restoring yours to CHP glory, or just restoring it to road car status?

I vote for CHP !!!!!!!

Car: too many ...
I'm in the process of restoring a 92 B4C from Hawaii (HPD). It was the high speed pursuit Camaro (Car #251). I've seen this exact car chasing and pulling over speeders/racers when I was younger. Turns out I was able to buy it when they decomissioned it, and now I'm in the process of restoring it (Black, Hardtop, L98/700R4). There are a few guys around here interested in buying it when I'm done, but I'm open to anything. I wanna make sure someone who knows what B4C's are buys it and enjoys it. No holes in the bumper.

My CHP car will go back to CHP glory except for lightbar and radio's because I do want to be able to drive it. I might try to get some decals and put them on magnetic bases for car shows.

if you are going to get the decals on a magnetic base for car shows you need the lightbar also at least just to sit on top.
