Paint color for 87 Vert 305 valve covers?

Transmission: T5 5-Speed
Axle/Gears: 9-Bolt 3.45
Paint color for 87 Vert 305 valve covers?
What was the paint color (code?) for the valve covers on a 1987 305 TPI?
I have a 20th Anniversary Edition convertible that has stock center bolt covers, which are a silver with gold tint color, a little bit of metallic fleck in there too I think. Sort of a soft metallic champagne color.

It must be a gold tint due to time and heat. Maybe I can steel wool a patch of it to get back down to the original color, and then have it color matched at a local paint store.
