Born On Date..Again
I think I'm close to finding my answer, just need an explination. I read that the original dealer invoice would have the DATE (m/d/y) that my car was built. Since my car is an 89, I'm assuming (from reading posts for 2 days) that there's no date stamp on my car, other than the driver door sticker (5/89 build date). My question, where on my dealer invoice is the "birthdate"?
I have:
"invoice", "shipped", "priced" "EIP", "int com"
Invoice/shipped/priced are all the same date of 5/15/89, could that be my cars "birthdate"?

The shipped date is probably the closest to the actual last day it rolled off the assembly line. You know it was built sometime in May of '89 from the door tag, so the shipped date of 5/18 is probably within 3-5 days from the day it came off the assembly line.
