Start looking for the build sheet. There could be one in a number of places like under the carpet, stuck up under the springs of one of your seats, under the rear seat, above the gas tank etc... If you don't know what a build sheet is do a search on this site, it's easier than me explaining it here.

as above i checked the glove box for build sheet.
You won't find it there. The build sheet is always hidden somewhere within the car, if it's there at all.
I looked under the seats and there was nothing.
Not under the seats either. Remove the front seats. Look under the bottom seat cushion. The build sheet is often stuck between the seat cushion and the metal springs. This is where I found mine in my '87. After this many years, it's basically impossible to remove it without ripping it to shreads.
In a '92 I owned briefly, it was in the passenger side door, stuck between the door panel and door itself.
I guess my quesiton is is there more then one build sheet in a car?
I've never found more than one per car and sometimes none.
