In any negotiation start your offer with the lowest price possible, a price you would be bragging to all how little you paid.
The worse that can happen is the seller will say no and may counter offer. This process could go back and forth numerous times untill a price is reached.
A smart buyer never seems over anxious. Sellers key on this and jack up the price accordingly.
300 to 500 would buy a decent set.
I always use ebay and if your a member you can search completed items, this give you a current market value (what buyers are willing to pay)
Just a note, the "Honeycomb" is a geometric shape that has 5 equal sides. This specific wheel was found on Pontiac in the mid 70's and was replaced by the "Snowflake" and so on and so forth.
Im not sure if there is a name for the GTA wheel (besides the RPO code) but to call it a Honeycomb would not be accurate IMHO
Good looking Rims in any case and best of luck !

Good point indeed, 85 T/A WS6.
The correct "style terminology" for the GTA rim is "Diamond-Spoke".....
