URGENT PIC REQUEST - UX1 Radio for 88 IROC
Although I am modifying the behind the scenes stuff I am trying to makle my IROC look fairly stock.
The horrible Kenwood Cd Tuner that is in there is going to get binned and I want to find a stoick radio to put back in.
I have found a couple of sale on Ebay etc but I don't know if they match the RPO code my car left the factory with which is UX1...
Can anyone post a pic of a UX1 radio?
I did a search but all the pic links were dead for the few I found posted...

Was that the AM FM Autoreverse tape deck?
My 92 Z WAS a UXC (CD-Deck) but at some point someone installed what looks to be a correct period tape deck. I've installed a newer model CD deck and the tape deck is sitting in my house.
If its the same one I'd sell it for whatever you thought was fair.
The manufacture date of the one I have is 1992

Thanks very much!
I missed out on that unit, the other unit available isn't the same...
I have found a place that sells NOS Delco units so I'll see if they have one of those...
Did the 3rd Gen Camaro ever come with a CD player from the factory as any option or special edition? If so which unit?
