What do these RPO's mean

What do the following RPO's mean?

MX0, GC6, GC5, E7Z, D6F, B2G

also what is a speedometer adapter? what is the advantage of having one as to not having one? what is a speedometer key? what is the advantage of having one as to not having one?

E5Z : SPEEDOMETER ADAPTER (DELETE)
E9Z : SPEEDOMETER KEY (DELETE)

Are you sure that you have those RPO codes right. A check of RPO codes in the RPO database in tech central on this board only turns up the MXO RPO and it is.

MXO : MERCHANDISED, TRANS, AUTO PROVISIONS, O/D

You can recheck your codes and check them out in the database.

MXO : MERCHANDISED, TRANS, AUTO PROVISIONS, O/D
GC5 : BUMPER HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT REAR L. SIDE
GC6 : BUMPER HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT REAR R. SIDE
E5Z : SPEEDOMETER ADAPTER (DELETE)
E9Z : SPEEDOMETER KEY (DELETE)

what do all these mean? what do they do?
