I was surfing the web and I came across this beauty. In 1983 they had the dice game and the auto to win was a red Trans Am! I just have this picture. There was no other information available about the car.

pretty cool!!!

Hi!
Pretty cool! Back in the third gen era (I believe it was 1984 or 1985), a local radio station, KLOS, had a Sammy Hagar Trans Am give-a-way! They gave away 5 red Trans Ams! As I was the President of the Trans Am Club Of America, Southern California Chapter, I stopped by the station, and gave them 5 club newsletters, with a special invite to join our club! No one ever responded, but the station did give me a white tanktop T-shirt with the Sammy Hagar Contest on one side, and the radio Station on the other side! I still have it!

Just looking back in time,

George

I saw that pic a while back through google.com. Too bad that car has the 14 inch wheels and the "granny edition" suspension package Still awesome to see a thirdgen in any game show. Its price was over $10K because they were playing a car price game and it had 5 digits.

If memory serves me well, I saw an 85 SC Camaro on "Let's Make A Deal" but I never got a pic of it. Price was just under 10K.
