IROC Sway bars

did all IROCs come w/ the 36mm hollow front sways and solid 24mm?

No, most pre-88 IROC's received the 34mm solid front bar.

so are all WS6 bars 36 hollow front 24 solid rear? are they the same as 1LE bars?

1LE bars are the 36mm hollow and 24mm solid; which is the same as the IROC. Most WS6 cars I have come across, use the 34mm solid front bar and 24mm solid back bar. Some of them car with the rare 25mm solid rear bar.
