Who can Fix this

For some reason my car keeps sending a code 36 which is the burn off relay that I've changed Twice! Does anyone have any suggestions? (that SES light is really getting on my nerves)

Check the cranking voltage. A low cranking voltage will set a 36. If its not that, check the MAF wiring, sometimes the wires get damaged.
