I called today and got the receptionist. Instead of taking the order she put me on hold. not even two minutes later Ryan got on the phone.

He never once tried to hurry the conversation by asking for my credit card number. Instead he spent quite a bit of time answering my questions and addressing my concerns.

It felt as though I was talking to an old time friend instead of someone who wanted money from me. If I had any concerns or was worried about giving my credit card to a faceless company Ryan totally set those to rest. I had to accually say "how about I give you my credit card so we can put me on the list."

I also asked if I could be notified a few days in advance as to how many people were accually signed up and he made a not on my bill and asked would you like us to call or send an email.

I was a car salesman for many years. I did not sell with gimmicks, tricks or games. I sold with a genuine concern for my customers needs. My customers trusted me because I listened to them and could repeat anything they said. It gave my customers a sense of security and that is why I was an above average salesman.

I got that feeling from Ryan and it is rare in todays business environment. Most people see customers as that new tv I want or a vaccation. Ryan at UMI cares about his customers and more importantly cares about our cars.

Mine were just ordered but for some reason it still says the SFC are 199.99 a set for a grant total of 229.11 instead of 187.47 like ryan quoted me...im just a lil lost on this whole thing...care to help me out??

 

did you use the coupon code (814502) from the other thread? If not and you used the web site then you didn't get the gp rate. Also ryan may have quoted you a lower shipping rate than the site sutomaticcaly applies. Give ryan a call or email and he should be able to get it fixed.

 

did you enter the GP coupon number? Email or call Ryan tell him you made a mistake and he will adjust the amount charged on the 31st of Jan to be 159.99. Just give him your name and address. He will then know who you are and already know that youve ordered. Make sure he knows that you are in the GP organized by Robert too. Also if you forgot to enter the coupon code let him know what the number is. I would advise on being prompt in dealing with these issues. Get ahold of ryan by email or phone ASAP. The sooner the better.

Michael Wiacheck will make it 14 people who have ordered. Had an email from Ryan that said the mentioned above, made an order today. I was asking who Michael was (what TGO name is) as I want my posts to be as clear as possible. 83z28400sbc just posted he ordered today so i assume Michael is 83z28400sbc. As soon as I find out for sure if 83z28400sbc is indeed Michael I will update the who have ordered list. One thing is for sure....14 orders are in. If 83z28400sbc is not michael than it will be 15 who have ordered. Ryan only has confirmed 14 thus far. He usually informs me of orders in the morning from the previous day. Sorry for any confusion.

Unless his info is way off, I would have to believe that we have a 15th that possibly ordered after Ryan left the shop for the day or something. 14 is still a good number. Only 5 or 6 to go!
