Basically it says 1964 Chevy Nova SS built in July 1964 in Norwood Ohio. It was originally goldwood yellow (which you can still see in some chipped areas, came with black bucket seats and a front tinted windshield. The tags do not specify if they came with a v8 or v6. The cowl tag matches the vin plate as well.
