1992 Formula 350 !!!SOLD!!!
The real deal! A rare and hard to find today, almost impossible in this condition, 1992 Firebird Formula 350. Must see to believe! Mint and very well preserved ěn original condition with 65,000k miles. Red/ gray with Firehawk rims. I have tons of photos for a serious buyer. Please no games and no, the rims are not for sale separately! This classic was GM dealer serviced last year with new ecm, all 8 injectors, complete heater core replaced, a 180° thermostat, new battery, new ac delco plugs. Also replaced front and rear bushings and installed a Magnaflow muffler. Real show stopper and attention magnet. Serious interest only 7000 firm, no neogociating on price. Andy.rios57@gmail.com

Thank you my friend! Yes, she is a true beauty, but the gas prices are so high now and also maybe in another 10 years she will go up in value. But Im divorced with kids and the gas is just killing me from work and home and the kids activities. Someone will get a real gem here.

Re: 1992 Formula 350
Thanks to all! I love the car really, like I said, I cant afford the gas anymore! Its just past 4.00 a gallon down here in Miami now and I suck a quarter a day driving slow, lol. But she is very gorgeous and I really love this car. Was hard to find and get when I bought her. I am thinking about getting a performance chip to adjust the cars air and fuel mixture as I believe when the dual cats were removed, it did start drinking a bit more and I dont want to get 2 new ones and reinstall the cats.

Re: 1992 Formula 350
How bad is your fuel mileage? Is it all city driving? I think with gearing & tuning you should be able to push that car into the mid-20's on fuel mileage for highway. It seems a shame to sell something like that.

Re: 1992 Formula 350
Thanks to all for the nice posts! My problem is I drive all city, the highway route to work and back is way out of my way. It is frustrating driving light to light with a big gas eater and watching the needle move! Andy

Awesome Formula man, I've been looking on this site for a little while and yours is one of the nicest for sale, hold firm to your price and in a few months when I get back on my feet I will definitely bye that from you. Once again man awesome car, not to say I hope you don't sell it, but I just hope you still have it in a month or so.

Re: 1992 Formula 350
I sold the other one almost 2 years ago, ended up with a car dealer who flipped it, then it was out in California last I saw. Yes, this was the one I kept until the gas crisis and growing old of it. Hows yours, you had a great looking car yourself and had those awesome looking Hawk rims! Andy

My car is a work in progress. Planning do an LS swap but thats been put on hold due to projects around the house. Good luck with the sale. If i had the garage space I'd be all over this one.

Re: 1992 Formula 350
I can't beleive it. I owned a 1990 Red Formula as my first car and always loved the 91-92 models a little better. I have a 1991 TA right now. Hard top 350 car with 101XXX miles. I would love to own a formula again just like yours but no funds.

Dont worry, she's not going anywhere! Ive had her listed for a while now and nothing. Its a real shame though as rare it is and the condition of it. Maybe the gas scares people.

Re: 1992 Formula 350
What a tragedy that you have to sell this car!! Is there ANYTHING wrong with it? Why don't you buy a used Civic and keep the Formula as a weekend car? You will regret parting with it!!!

Good Luck with the sale sir but I must ask...

Re: 1992 Formula 350
lol....yes Id love to keep it, but just cant with my budget and the distance I drive along with the gas prices. Would I regret it, no, I have had 3 of them and really just tired of the gas issue seriously. These cars drink gas!!! But no, there is nothing wrong except the headlights went a while ago and Im not fixing them.
I have been looking for an import but so far they hold good value on anything decent and comparable to this car, miles and condition.
I bought her this way, I just use Formula 88 degreaser once every 3 months on the engine and rub it gently before rinsing. Then I spray Armour All tire foam spray on everything black and let it all dry, comes out nice.
I do live in Miami and we have been getting swamped with daily thunder storms for about a month so she is pretty dirty lately, its a waste to wash her just to drive in pouring rain a few hours later.

Re: 1992 Formula 350
Since there is no value on this car, I am looking for a 2003 or newer Corolla with similar miles and condition for a trade. Civic or Accords also welcome, just email me as I am to the point where the car has to go period. Andrew
