1991 Forest Green GTA
Hi all, I am just putting this out there to see if anybody would be interested in making a deal. I have a 1991 Forest Green GTA hardtop that is all original with roughly 125k miles. The car is equipped with the L-98, dual cats, Auburn rear, and aluminum driveshaft. The car isnt in terrible shape but its not a show car either its just tired. The front end is immaculate with no tears in the bumper cover, air dam and nothing was ever molested or cut up. I just rebuilt the headlights with a kit from Hawks and replaced the foglights as well. The car is clean and straight with the exception of the rear passenger side quarter where it meets the bumper,it looks as though someone may have backed into it. I have a very nice and very clean rear bumper and ground effect to go with the car and the quarter can be saved. I will also say that the engine is tired as well but as I write I have a 1990 350 4 bolt being cleaned, checked over and bored 0.30 over with the intentions on doing a friendly 355 or maybe a 383. I also have brand new old SLP headers and runners with the installation kit and yes they were never installed. I would have them in the boxes but they are long gone. I loved this car when I first saw it but after time I am realizing I am not a big fan of the Banshee GTA. With this I am looking to trade or negotiate a trade for a 1989 GTA in either black or white or an 89-90 Formula 350 in black. Feel free to drop a line, I have pics but for some reason I cant post them so send an E-mail address. I wont sell the car straight out if I cant find anything I will just keep it.

Click on the icon to reply. When the box opens, down below the box is another smaller box that that will say go advanced. Click on that option. Another window opens up and below that you have additional options. Click on manage attachments. A window will appear. Click on browse and then go to wherever on your computer the pictures are stored. Click open to open the file, then upload the pics. When the site is done uploading the pics, close the window that opened and finish your message. Then click the submit reply option that is below the instant email notification box. It should all work then. Good luck.

Still having the same issue. I go to manage attachments and it doesnt even register as a clickable link. I am going to additional options then attach files but the attach files icon (the one in blue) isnt clickable.

After you select a pic from your hard drive you need to click on "upload pic" for each one, and this forum limits you to 3 pics per post.

Re: 1991 Forest Green GTA
Does anyone even know how many Forest Greens there were in 91? I read on GTA source about 504 and only 2 hundred and something with tan cloth. I met a guy last week who swears up and down that only 45 of these are around and 43 still on the road. I am thinking about E-baying it and would like an opinion on how much I should sell it for.

Transmission: Yeah, it has one.
Axle/Gears: Yeah, some of those too.
Re: 1991 Forest Green GTA
I am not sure how many were made but I can promise you he has no way of possibly knowing "how many are still on the road." Most of the time you can't even find out how many of a particular color/interior combo was made. You can find out how many green ones were made and how many cars with tan cloth were made but not how many green cars with tan cloth were made. Pontiac just didnt keep that detailed records for them. The green cars are rare compared to other colors, but on a down side the green cars aren't as popular so they really dont command a premium like say a Sunset Orange Metalic (01 or 02) car would.

Re: 1991 Forest Green GTA
Is this car still available? How much are you willing to sell it for? Just wondering why you feel the engine is "tired"? Would it make a cross country trip? Is it cloth or leather interior?
