1989 Trans am GTA F/S 89,800 miles

Gunmetal gray, interior needs work, new hooker headers, new hooker catback exhaust, msd cap and rotor, msd coil, have the 6al box and harness to hook up, umi lower control arms, umi panhard bar, just replaced oil sensor, and mass air flow sensor, high torque mini starter, 160 degree thermostat. new spolier from hawks thirdgen.

i am the second owner, but only owned it for the last 4 months or so, i havent really had time to drive it, it only has 89,800 miles on it, head gasket just went on it. i am guessin, cause i left a light and the exhaust was pouring white smoke. so i am guessing. motor is not harmed, i am in new jersey, near atlantic city. prior to head gasket goin, probably one of the fastest cars i ever driven, i loved it, but i dont have the time or money to keep up with it. want pics lemme know. i wanted to come here before ebay so.

Goes your GTA have the GTA specific Articulating front bucket seats, hard to tell with the seat covers? Too bad about the headers, they can really sap a car's value. Good luck

Articualting buckey seats? hmmm, they are the ones that have the side lumbar, where it is electriacally pulled in to tighten u into the seat and the lower back support is elec. too, it also has the option of tilting the seat as well. if that answers your question.

also it is a 5.7 auto. i would like to atleast try and get 3500 for it. but it is negotiable.

and why would changing the headers sap a cars value?

Hi, sounds like you have the correct GTA seats. I've seen plenty of T/A's badged as GTA's, first thing I look for is the GTA only seats. Sure they can be swapped out but, it's not a bad place to start in authenticating a real GTA.

I probably shouldn't have said anything about the Headers, just my personal opinion.

Good luck with the sale!

The fact that the original poster has not been on the site since February of '07 is also working against you....
