Question about torque arm/pinion angle
I'm using a Jegster torque arm(real short one that bolts to the body rather than the trans) with Hotchkis arms and panhard rod(non adjustable) riding on stock springs w/air bags(25#r/s,5#l/s)and KYB shocks.
Anyway,I'm happy with how the cars performing - at 3,530lbs with 3.08 gears on 26x11.5x16 ET Streets on stock rims I've gotten 1.49 60ft with consistant 1.51's.
What I wonder is what my pinion angle would be with the suspension components I've used so far.And would it be worth while going to some adjustable parts?I'm already planning on helping my short times by going with full slicks and 3.42 gears for next year just looking into other options.
Thanks in advance,
Steve

unless you want a guess that means nothing the only way to know the angle is to get under the car and check it. you can change it, but permanetly, by using relocation brackets for the rear control arms instead of replacing parts you've already bought

I already have relocation brackets.
Not to sound like an idiot but how do you check pinion angle and what not?Suspensions always been something I never really understood and any insight here would be greatly appreciated.

Heres some reference examples based on different car ride heights- set the angle on a stock height car, then lower the car, and the angle will be wrong- it needs to be set at ride height.
