found this third gen bird with second gen spoiler
Anyone know whose bird this is and if they used a second gen spoiler and altered it or made one from scratch? this is the spoiler i want on my gta damit.

I believe that's actually an option for 1988. Someone with more knowledge about it might be able to expand on it though.

That has to be a custom job. I have owned both 2nd and 3rd gen f-bodies and the body lines don't match. To fab that up in fiberglass really wouldn't be that uncommon, that is if that's the look you want. IMO the side and rear spoilers just doesn't look right, I do like the shaker hood though.

That's a Special Appearance Package that was offered... One of my friends bought a bird with that package and parted it out there fairy rare i hear...

IMO, I don't think the spoiler are exactly the same. The white Firebird's spoiler looks like it's coming down the quarter panel. The red Firebird's spoiler is just at deck height and the whole spoiler looks like it moves when you lift the rear hatch.
