$10k is a good estimate. Really depends on the shop and their quality of work. I did my own a couple of winters ago with some generic frame rails and 4 link. Add in the cost of a narrowed differential also. I didn't do a writeup on narrowing a diff.

Not counting parts and material, figure out what a shop rate is for at least 2 weeks. It isn't a weekend project.
A shop rate with a very conservative $80/hour and 2 weeks being 80 hours, that would be $6400 just for labor.
It's all going to depend on who does the work. It's easy to screw up the job or not do it properly. I did mine in my garage with the car on 4 jack stands and it looks better than a race truck built for the company I work for that was built by a professional shop.
