Is it possible to add fiberglass to this to finish the tip?
It also has cracks in the corners where the headlights are. can you cover those?

You can do fiberglass repairs, but realize that it will be a mechanical bond only, not chemical. You need to use an epoxy resin for repairs as polyester resins don't give a good mechanical bond. Creating a large rough surface area and better yet some holes for the epoxy to grab onto will help make it a durable repair.

yeah, you can make those repairs OK, just need to get the right resin, as stated below. You need to get a fiberglass repair kit, and use that resin.

Gotta clean off all the gel coat, and peel it back a inch or two, rough up the surface, and add the new resin. If the repair can take it, some pins or holes to help add a better bond will always help. I've added some extra glass, the clumpy stuff, not the cloth to help strengthen it (although cloth works as a nice added layer underneath too). For instance, if you can, drill a couple of holes in the glass on that corner, and stick a piece of wire in a 'V' shape to help rebuild the corner shape, then cover with resin and glass. Might be hard to visualize what I'm saying. Basically, adding the the framework/structure to the corner again.
