AFAIR..that's an old Choo Choo Customs swap. Seen a few thru the years, there is one right now for sale near my in laws in Clifton,NJ. Was a readily available swap kit years back...

The Camaro nose on the El Camino, looks similar to the later 80s Monte Carlo SS and SS El Camino SS from the factory.
I know that one really has a Camaro nose. It just would have been a lot easier to get the same look, with perfectly easy bolt-on parts.
I parked next to an El Camino SS yesterday, with the Aero nose.
