Transmission: 700
Sheet metal enclosed engine bay pics

I'm interested in using sheet metal and half turn fasteners to "box in" my engine compartment...hide wheel well area and have a smooth straight firewall (hiding the wires, wiper motor, etc.

Please post some pics...

Engine: 3.1...not hardly stock
Transmission: 700r4....not stock either
Axle/Gears: 3.73
i've started on a project doing this with fiberglass. i made a wire backing but never got around to putting fiberglass on top of it. and, no, i'm not running around with the wire mesh in there! I'm not sure if it'll fit with my turbo thats going in, though. we'll have to see.
