2"x3" boxed steel

I am looking for some 2"x3" boxed steel tubing.Does anyone know where I can't get some in varied lengths?

is this a trick question? i'll play along, you can't get it at wal mart, the grocery sotre, carry outs, lowes or home depot, plus a lot of other places. i do have a few idea where you can get it in differant lengths.

No not a trick question ede!Scrap metal yards around here won't sell unless you buy in bulk of $250 or more.I don't need that much...just looking for a few smaller quantities.

Any local steel supplier will see you exactly what you need....some might have a minimum order.

I walked up to a welding shop and asked for some sheet metal that was a similar guage to my floor pans (i had a piece with me)

They do not sell stuff out of the shop, but i asked if i could buy some metal and that i had cash. They sold me what i wanted, no problem.
