I have a factory set of louvers, in pretty decent shape and repainted. All the original hardware is present except for one quarter turn fastener. There are some minor cracks in the plastic riser brackets and the top louver has a crease from improper gap from the vehicle. $100 plus shipping gets it, it will be very pricey to ship.
