Your right, looks like the 88 camaro with short wing, I couldn't tell on my cell phone, is that just the logo on the bottom right of the bumper or is that their version of a relocation kit for the rear plate so it stays semi legal?

The car appears to be an 85 with the early Trans Am wing on it
Since they hand wrote the IROC application on the sheet, I would guess this box is from late 84 or 85.
