FS: IROC HOOD W/ LOUVERS from '89 1LE Camaro
Looking for Local Pickup only. (Located in Chandler, AZ)
1989 Camaro IROC-Z Hood in Good Condition, never been wrecked, still has VIN stamp on it, from my original 1989 1LE Camaro.
First $50 Get's it... some sell the hood louvers alone for that!
Hood is Factory Black.

What happened to the 1LE? Still have it? Is it totalled? If it's dust can you email the vin so I can add it to the database?

She is Alive and well...
She is a NASA CMC Race Car... so I removed the factory hood... for the '82 Fiberglass Option.

PLEASE DON'T SELL THE HOOD!!! There's going to be a guy like me come along some day to buy that car and having the original parts is worth way more than the $50. Surely you can set it up on a rafter or in the corner of the shop?
Is the car a just a 1LE car or does it also have the R7U - Players Series RPO code?
I'm not really in the mode to buy....but...do you wanna sell the car?

Hi Glenn! I never ended up putting them on... they didn't line up perfectly... with the 'original mouting'... and I didn't want to drill etc... so I left the original '89 stuff on from Doors back. I still have them if you need them, I also got a complete '91 Rear Bumper...

Hi Dave, Greg here in Texas. Proud owner of '88 IROC formerly a west coast car owned by Rick Santos. It's off topic for now, but how much weight is saved by going fiberglass? And who makes a good glass hood?
On topic, if it makes sense to do it, I may have an original IROC hood for sale, too (although with two holes for hood pins).
