No they are not the same, the repilca hubcaps are made of fiberglass and don't have the clips on back. I have heard a of people say they are not worth buying.
These are original 15' hubcaps and they are hard to find.

Re: Knight Rider 15 INCH Hubcaps SET OF 4
I have to agree with the previous poster...they are really overpriced, especially if some of them are dinged up pretty bad. And if around the edges they are dinged and make a flat spot, they will never look right. I went through 3 sets before I collected a set that were virtually ding/dent free. It seems people like to pound on the edges with their fist when trying to put them on the wheel, which dent's them up. I seriously considered an aftermarket set just because they wouldn't be dented up. There is a guy on a knight rider board who was making reproductions with the clips on the back. So you can find them. Also there are some on ebay that have extensions where the lug holes are that make it possible to actually bolt the hubcap on the wheel by the lug nuts. Everyone who sells real hupcaps claim the aftermarket ones are junk. In all honesty, the original GM caps are not that great either, and I'm sure you'll still zip-tie them on anyway. Someone was selling a NOS set in the original boxes a while back for your price, so considering the condition of yours I would sell for half of what you want. That is about the range they go for anyway. The hardest part finding them without dents... just my

Guess how much those 3 went for? $600.00
So Before you post, you might want to think if your post will keep on topic. Nobody should bash on someone elses PRICE. You also should learn not to post if your not gonna buy them.
I post because i find it a bunch of when people complain on something they never are gonna buy.
