How restrictive
How restrictive is the cat back on our cars? I mean like the cat itself, the piping, and the muffler. Would I notice a difference when I get a hi-flo cat, 3in tubing, and an 80s Flow? Any noticable performance gains?

The cat will be the most restrictive I would think if never replaced, the manifolds and y-pipe are more restrictive. The pipe diameter of the cat-back isn't too bad for a stock motor.

I know about the manifolds and y-pipe. They are just really restrictive but I have to get the cat all the way back done before I can get the new headers and y-pipe on.

I was glad I replaced mine, although you have a slightly bigger stock system than me (you are also putting out more hp)
