Headers???
Hy guys!
I need some advice.
I bought a new Scoggin Dickey 350 TPI crate engine for my 88 GTA with T5 transmission.
http://sdparts.com/details/scoggin-d...nter/sd360vtpi
I'll put together true dual exhaust but on stock location because ground clearance are very important to me.
Emissions are not the problem where I live.
I'm stuck with headers. As I read about headers, long tube are better for performance (????) but if I put long tubes I can't go on stock location because on the place where cat is I'll put Dynomax Ultra Flo X muffler.
Are there any long tube headers with straight collector for third gen or should I use mid length headers or something else???

Re: Headers???
Most people on this board you will find out run shorty headers. You can run long tubes but it is a lot harder to do than running shorty or midlength as you call it. There are a number of good brands to choose from. Check out the classifieds as well on this board if you dont mind used.

Re: Headers???
Here is a search result from Jegs.com for headers for our cars. Hooker 2055s came up first and at one time on here were one of the top headers for our cars.

If you want to save some money too ill have a set of edelbrock headers and y pipe up for sale shortly. They are used however and do not have the emissions tubes anymore.
